Shop from Japan with Buyee: how to order, which costs to expect and how to receive items in your country.

For delivery outside Japan, use the Buyee cart shown on this site. Buyee buys for you and handles international shipping.

How to buy from overseas

  1. Find an available item, open its page and check the photos, condition and quantity.
  2. Use Add to cart in the Buyee panel. The Buyee cart is separate from the shop cart used for delivery in Japan.
  3. On Buyee, sign in or register, review the amounts, plan and conditions, then submit your purchase request. Buyee purchases the items from the shop for you.
  4. The shop ships to Buyee’s warehouse in Japan. After arrival, follow Buyee’s notification to choose international shipping and pay the delivery charges.

Adding an item to the cart does not confirm its purchase or guarantee availability. The item may sell out before Buyee completes the purchase from our shop.

1. Shop to warehouse in Japan

The shop’s rates (JPY 600, 1,500 or 5,000, depending on the item) cover this Japan leg. They are not the cost of delivery to your country.

2. Buyee warehouse to your country

Buyee calculates the cost based on destination, weight, dimensions and shipping method. After warehouse arrival, check the amount shown by Buyee before arranging international shipping.

Before requesting a purchase, check that Buyee can ship the item to your country. For rods and other long or bulky items, also check the chosen shipping method’s size limits.

Delivery to your address includes purchasing, shipping to the warehouse, Buyee preparation, international transport and any customs checks. The shop’s three-business-day dispatch guideline starts after payment confirmation and covers dispatch in Japan, not arrival overseas.

Japan-leg rates and delivery conditions
  • We ship only to addresses in Japan, excluding Okinawa.
  • Standard shipping: JPY 600. Size 160, for certain bulky items such as rods and hard bags: JPY 1,500. Size 200, for items such as longer rods: JPY 5,000. The applicable fee is shown on the product page.
  • When several items are purchased in one order, the highest applicable shipping-size rate is charged once.
  • We normally ship within three business days after payment confirmation. We provide a tracking number when shipped. Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese public holidays are not business days.
  • If a parcel cannot be delivered due to prolonged absence, an incorrect address or refusal, the carrier returns it after its holding period. You are responsible for any requested reshipping costs. Please check tracking and collect your parcel before the holding period ends.

Prices on this site are in JPY. They do not include international shipping or Buyee fees. Check the amount and currency shown by Buyee before confirming.

  1. At purchase request: pay Buyee for the items, purchase fee and any selected plan.
  2. After warehouse arrival: pay through Buyee for Japan and international delivery and any optional services.

Customs duties, import taxes or other customs charges may apply depending on the destination. These costs are not included in our catalog prices.

Direct purchases for delivery in Japan

The shop checkout accepts card payments through Square in JPY for delivery in Japan. This is separate from payment on Buyee.

  1. Choose a product by category or brand and check its condition and details on the product page.
  2. Add the items you want to the cart. You can purchase several items in one order.
  3. Enter your name, delivery address in Japan and contact details, followed by card payment details.
  4. Review and confirm your order. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided.
  5. After payment confirmation, we prepare your shipment and provide a tracking number.

To prevent fraudulent orders or identity misuse, we may contact you by telephone to verify your identity, for example on a first purchase, a high-value order or when verification is considered necessary.

Support, problems and returns

Before buying, ask TACKLE LOUNGE about item photos, condition or details. For a purchase requested through Buyee, payments, international delivery or parcel problems, contact Buyee first and provide your Buyee reference.

For purchases through Buyee, review its procedures, terms and coverage plan before requesting a purchase. The shop’s conditions are listed separately below.

Shop return and exchange conditions
  • For a problem for which we are responsible, such as a wrong item or an initial defect, contact us within three days of delivery, counting the delivery date as day one.
  • Contact us before returning an item or requesting an exchange. We cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior contact.
  • For returns or exchanges caused by a product defect or an incorrect shipment for which we are responsible, we cover shipping costs. After contacting us, return the item with shipping charged to the recipient.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or other personal reasons.
  • We sell used items: check the condition on the product page before purchasing. If a defect or missing part is materially different from the description, contact us promptly after delivery. We will check the problem and product condition before proceeding.

Cancellations and changes

Check the items and conditions carefully before submitting a Buyee request. In general, Buyee does not accept cancellations after a purchase request. Contact Buyee about an existing request.

Shop cancellation conditions

After an order is confirmed, we immediately start preparing it for packing and shipping. We do not accept cancellations, changes, exchanges or returns due to a change of mind or other personal reasons.

Buyee language and cart

The shop and Buyee have separate language settings. In the Buyee panel, choose Italiano or another language. The initial language follows your browser. Official links marked English open guides in English.
